By texting our SMS number, submitting a form on bespoke-tr.com, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to use any service offered by Bespoke Wine Shop. By using our SMS assistant or this website you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we have reason to believe is underage.
3. SMS Messaging Service
Our SMS assistant ("Savi") is provided as a convenience to help you learn about wines in our inventory. By texting our number you consent to receive automated text messages from Bespoke Wine Shop. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
Savi is powered by artificial intelligence and makes every effort to provide accurate information, but responses are not guaranteed to be error-free. Wine availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change. Always verify current pricing and availability in store.
To opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
To restart: Reply START.
To delete all your data: Reply DELETE.

4. Alcohol Sales & Responsible Service
All alcohol sales are subject to South Carolina law. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any person who appears intoxicated or who cannot provide valid proof of age. Savi's wine recommendations are informational only and do not constitute an offer to sell alcohol to any person who is not of legal drinking age.
5. Event Bookings
Submitting an inquiry through the Book Event form does not guarantee a reservation. All bookings are subject to availability and require confirmation from Bespoke staff. Reservation deposits, cancellation policies, and event minimums are communicated at the time of booking.
6. Wine Club Membership
Wine club memberships are subject to the specific terms provided at sign-up. Monthly charges are billed in advance. Members may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partially used months. We reserve the right to substitute wines of equal or greater value if a featured selection becomes unavailable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on bespoke-tr.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Bespoke Wine Shop and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our website and SMS service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Bespoke Wine Shop is not liable for any damages arising from your use of Savi's recommendations, reliance on pricing or availability information, or any interruption of service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Greenville County, South Carolina.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
